If you search on Facebook about this company, you’ll find a lot of angry customers who report that they felt scammed by Sculptique. Customers report that a simple order for their product is automatically subscribing them to monthly recurring charges.
The company lists a cancellation policy, which indicates you can do so from the customer portal. As someone who just a few hours ago, placed an order and immediately regretted it after checking for online reviews, I can confirm that there’s no place on their website to cancel an order or cancel the subscription that you are automatically enrolled in.

I placed an order and requested a cancellation within an hour of my initial order. I did receive email responses about my cancellation request, but they originally only offered to cancel the subscription — not the new order. To cancel my initial order, they indicated that there’s “a $2 administrative fee applies to order cancellations.”
